SERVICES

I believe that every massage should be a unique experience for my client. I used a variety of techinues for my clients including:
Swedish: As the best-known type of bodywork performed today, one of the primary goals of theSwedish massage technique is to relax the entire body. This is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart.
Deep Tissue:  therapy is similar to Swedish massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints).

Myofacial Release:  is a manipulative treatment that attempts to release tension in the fascia due to trauma, posture, or inflammation. Connective tissues called fascia surround the muscles, bones, nerves, and organs of the body.

Muscle Energy Techniques: is a manual therapy that uses the gentle muscle contractions of the client to relax and lengthen muscles and normalize joint motion.

Positional Release: is an indirect technique to relieve muscular tension and reestablish pain-free range of motion in joints.

Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques: massage focused on prevention by early recognition of strain patterns before they become pain patterns;  whole body alignment

Cupping: negative pressure therapy, rather than compression, to release rigid soft tissue, drain excess fluids and toxins, loosed adhesions, lift connective tissue, and bring blood flow to stagnant skin and muscles.

Easy access, no stairs.
